
There couldn't be a better Release than a little exercise at the gym. Of course it is difficult for busy moms to find the time to get away long enough to go to a gym, but what a fantastic way to relieve stress and anxiety.
If the commute takes up too much time, consider bringing the gym to you. There are so many fantastic exercise machines available these days that you can feel like your in a gym in the comfort of your own home (in front of the TV if you choose :o)! The effort we make to take care of ourselves will not only be a benefit to our over all well being, but our family will benefit as well.
