- 1 cup of sour cream (regular or light) or plain yogurt
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups of coconut flakes
- 1 1/2 cups of miniature marshmallows
- 1 can (10 oz) of mandarins, well drained
- 1 can (14 oz) of crushed pineapple, well drained
Mix sour cream or yogurt, coconut and marshmallows together.
Add mandarins and pineapple gently to avoid breaking the fruit.
Place in a well sealed plastic container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
