Toad in the Hole Bake

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 8 slices bread
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 cup KRAFT Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut a hole in the centre of 4 of the bread slices using 1-1/2-inch cookie cutter or rim of a glass. Spread butter over one side of remaining bread slices. Place, butter side down, in 13x9-inch baking dish.
Top with half of the cheese, then bread slices with holes in the centre. Break 1 egg into each hole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
For Two
Use half the ingredients to make 2 servings in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Great Substitute
Don’t have Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shreds on hand? You can use any Kraft Shredded Cheese, such as Tex Mex Shreds or Double Cheddar Shreds.
