JustForMom Introduces- Just For Moms (www.justformomz.com)

Coincidence seems to be my middle name these days. During the summer, I had briefly conversed with my attorney about the prospect of Trade Marking- JustForMom- with the forward thought that we may create name recognition by way of products or other common applications. My attorney returned with the unfortunate news that the term- Just For Moms- had just been trade marked within the last month in CA, for a maternity oriented product.

Granted the two terms are different as are the businesses and their focus, and I could still attempt to TM- JustForMom- but I decided that with the off chance that it could still be rejected, why invest the money? So I continued to work on my business and focus, without discouragement.

In November- Just For Moms- crossed my path again via an online networking group I am involved with. I decided to contact the person who had sent the email and found that this company was not only devoted to pregnant moms, but was a concept created by aDad!

We began our correspondence and it became clear that this was a company and a name- I wanted to be associated with. It has happened that people will attempt to look at my site and by mistake type in "justformoms.com" and the same is true for Just For Moms, the company. However, neither of us own the domain- JustForMoms.com- which is cumbersome for both of us so it became clear that the best way to increase exposure for both businesses was to join forces.

JustForMom welcomes Just For Moms- a company with an unprecedented maternity product- for the love of mom!
